About Maya-Rose
I am a dedicated artist who is always on the hunt for a new challenge to take. Throughout my near decade of practicing the arts, I have overcome several milestones and have mastered a multitude of mediums. From traditional sketch work, painting with watercolors, utilizing software for digital creations, and to writing my very first draft of a fantasy novel; I have worked endlessly with copious dedication to stand out from the highly competitive world of the animation/art industry.
As a high school student, I have had several accomplishments in relation to my passions. I have placed twice in Mill Valley's Creative Writing contests; taken on a Graphic Design internship at BlueScope Steel; been showcased at two of my school's art fairs; and have taken on commissions for both De Soto High School and for a startup video game company. I have many aspirations for my time as an honors student at UMKC, and I would love for it to be with you!
