(AWARD-WINNING) Animated Short Film: Letters

2nd Place Winner in "Animated Story" (eMagine Film Festival)

For animation class at Cedar Trails Exploration Center, I was tasked with creating a short film to enter into the eMagine Film Festival. This independent project was written, storyboards, and drawn from December 2024 to February 2025, and has been estimated to take up to 100 hours to complete. Storyboard images were created on Procreate, backgrounds on Clip Studio Paint, and the animation itself was created on Adobe Animate.

This project challenged me to create a single short film by myself (excluding voice acting, to whom I thank my friend for assisting me). I further challenged myself by creating more difficult angles and played with dramatic lighting all while constrained to a strict deadline of February 28th, 2025.
